Patient Portal

Patients of Fireside Eye Care now have secure online access to their eye care information!

All patients seen by the eye care professional at Fireside Eye Care are provided timely online access to their eye exam information. Patients can view and/or download their information. You can even transmit it to a third party such as their primary care physician.

After your appointment at Fireside Eye Care, we will create a clinical summary document for your latest exam. If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email within 4 days containing instructions on how to securely access your exam summary. The first time we send your clinical summary, you will receive an email with a temporary username and password to log-in to the portal. After you are logged in you can change your username and password under the “my profile” tab in the upper right.

You can log-in to the patient portal at http://fireside.eyefinityew.com/.

You will find your exam summary by clicking on the “records” tab in the upper left. From there, you can view, download, or transmit the document. After you have viewed your exam summary, we want you to send us a message back to acknowledge your receipt of the information.
